we understand that the most costly aspect of a prep center is the cost of boxes so we reuse boxes that your units come in however if we cannot reuse all the boxes or additional boxes are required we will charge you based on the cost for the boxes. you can provide your own boxes, tell us where to purchase the boxes from or use our boxes. we do not profit from any boxes
24 Hour Guarantee
we ensure that your order is prepped, packaged and sent off within 24 hours of us receiving your order, if not we dont charge you a penny!
Lost or Damged
If anything is lost, stolen or damaged in our warehouse then we accept full liability and we will reimburse you not only the cost of your item but also the profit you would be making with amazon
Process
We value each and every client, you will have a designated member of staff that will manage your account and look after your needs. When a shipment comes in, within 5 minutes of receiving your shipment an email and Whatsapp message will be sent to you confirming we have received the goods alongside photo evidence and a countdown for 24 hours. upon inspection if we find that there is any discprencies or something is damaged we will contact you straight away and let you know. Once we have completed the full prep and packaging we will send you an email saying everything is done and at that point you can either create a shipment with UPS or we can do it for yourself. If the timer goes over 24 hours you will be covered by our Guarantee
